Educating Girls and Reducing Food Waste: Two powerful weapons in the fight against global warming.

A follow up to our program in June where Jonathan Foley introduced Project Drawdown and the scientifically tested solutions to reverse global warming.

We will present two videos featuring Katharine Wilkinson, VP of Communications and Engagement at Project Drawdown. Wilkinson will explore the crucial links between gender equity, educating girls, and the climate and the many ways food waste contributes to global warming and what we can do. Discussion to follow lead by Roy Thilly, Co-Chair of the Climate Change Coalition of Door County Steering Committee.
