Fall tree planting 2021

Trees - the lungs of the Earth

Planting trees is one of the easiest and most powerful ways to combat climate change. Each fall the Climate Change Coalition of Door County (CCC) will help Door County do its part. In September, CCC will distribute over 650 trees to the public through local churches, businesses, and organizations. The public is invited to receive a free tree at one of the locations below.

The trees are native conifers, including white cedar, red pine, white pine, white spruce and balsam fir.
